"A gorgeous Georgian property close to all main points of Bath - very hospitable towards myself and my partner. The rooms themselves were so full of character and so cost effective, especially for a bank holiday weekend; I couldn't recommend the place or its host more."

"We had a lovely visit to Bath and the accommodation was superb. Our hosts Helen and James had left us provisions and decorated the flat in a very subtle Christmas way. The lights were on when we arrived creating a very warm ambience. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. There is only a short walk into the centre of Bath and as parking is on the property you can have a drive free time. I would highly recommend this property if wanting to stay in Bath....

"Annabelle's Guest House had all the basics covered nicely: A helpful host, breakfast each morning, cleanliness, a comfortable bed, and the rooms were cosy which was nice to return to after after a cold rainy day. Note it is a share house, not a hotel so there are less amenities available. I'd recommend staying during the weekdays when it's generally less busy both in the town and at this property. "Hostel is in an excellent location to explore Bath city centre by foot with children. There were many more facilities available than those listed on Hotels.com website including fridge, kettle & hob for self-catering and a gym. Take your own towel."

"We were greated warmly and shown to our room. Yhe bedroom was enormous, clean and the bed very comfortable. We were lucky enough to have the room with the 4 poster bed. The shower, although ran from the bath taps was very powerful. There is a small carpark out the back, which was a little bumpy to get into. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice and good value for money. Again met very friendly staff. The inn/hotel is obviously enjoyed by local people who were enjoying a drink...

"Lovely location, not a great check in as you have to queue up with the locals who are waiting to go in to the pub or have some food. Not the most welcoming place either, staff are always very busy sorting something out. The accommodation was nice, but bedsheets were stained , and the tea and coffee that was left was all mouldy so would recommend taking your own. "

"Lovely new flat, well stocked and comfortable. The living room is rather small, tight for even one person. Overall was a great stay, only disappointed that the taxes and fees are so high, and that I did not receive the check-in instructions in advance so I had to reach out to get that just before I arrived."
