Excellent stay, great staff who couldn't do enough for us. Room was superb with plenty of space and comfort. Food was excellent and very good quality products.
Very much enjoyed our stay although brief, certainly like to come back again.

Stayed one night at Brindleys for our 6th anniversary. We were welcomed in and showed to the breakfast room where we were offered mince pies and mulled wine. The hotel was beautiful and our room was cosy and clean! Would definitely return as it was a lovely evening and we especially enjoyed the breakfast which was delicious!
My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything about the hotel has a first-class service, from the tastefully decorated Georgian rooms to the great spa area and the sumptuous comfort of the rooms.
There is no doubt that this is a pricey hotel, but considering that other hotels in Bath were charging two thirds of the price per night for a standard room, paying that little extra for luxury was worth it.
For us, the best thing was the staff very polite; nothing was too much trouble for them. You really are made to feel special by them. After months of stress at work, just one night at this hotel was enough to help us recharge.
We are hoping to make our stays at this hotel a monthly event!
Check-in was a pleasure, our room was large, quiet, clean and well furnished. The level of light (both natural and electric) however, was less good. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. The cost was reasonable for a hotel of this quality but the optional breakfast was expensive. The hotel is very well located for almost everything in Bath.
We stayed at The Bath House for our third wedding anniversary. The room was stunning with a really comfortable four poster bed, a small table and chairs where we had breakfast and lots of lovely little touches such as fresh milk and biscuits in the fridge. When we returned from a walk into town the owners had put a card and some chocolates in the room for us after learning it was a special occasion.
The shops were less than 10 minutes away and parking at the rear of the property was a tight squeeze but free which was excellent. I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends
