Lovely hotel I chose this one as my husbands father use to be the gardener there 50 years ago and my husband family use to live in lodge in the grounds. The house had been extended but has kept in the the same style as it was 50 years ago. The staff were friendly and very helpful when my husband was asking about the hotel. We also went exploring in Bath and was given the best place to park our car. My husband knew where he wanted to visit in Bath and we had a great stay at the hotel.
The only thing I would say that was a bit of a let down was the prices in the restaurant and the size of the portions.
The cleanliness could of been a bit cleaner on our carpet in our room. And we mention that the dining room chair down the sides and back were full of crumbs.
Amazing apartment with great features, wifi, kitchen etc. location could not of been better. The food downstairs at Porters was incredible as were the staff. If you stayed anywhere else you missed out.
Excellent stay, great staff who couldn't do enough for us. Room was superb with plenty of space and comfort. Food was excellent and very good quality products.
Very much enjoyed our stay although brief, certainly like to come back again.

Pratts Hotel is situated less than 5 minutes away from Bath Spa station. It's a beautiful sprawling bulidng. I shared a large double room with a friend, two very comfortable single bed, all amenities. Our room overlooked the architectually splendid looking Catholic Church, but then if you love architecture which I do, then Bath is like a tasty feast.
It had everything you need for a bed and breakfast stay in a tourist town.
A very good brerakfast was included with the room rate. I witnessed other visitors being extremely rude to staff as there was no bacon on the menu but there was eggs, sausages, beans, toast, cakes, rolls, cereal, yoghurt, friut, cheese. etc It was all included so I was upset for the staff by the unecessary abuse they were recieving about the lack of bacon.
The rooms were clean and well equipped and the free wifi worked well
