"This is a really brilliant hotel in every respect. The service was phenomenal and the staff was outstanding, especially Mehak at the front desk. We told them that it was our honeymoon and we received an upgrade and beautiful room decoration. The room was extremely spacious, with a very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities. The pool is lovely to lounge by and the food options are great. We had a fantastic stay at this world-class hotel and cannot have been more satisfied. "

"The hotel is a beautifully restores haveli and is true my one of a kind. We loved the character, activities, and ambiance that the hotel offered. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was modern. However, the rooms are small, air conditioning is weak, and the interior room windows result in limited privacy. Nonetheless, the experience the hotel offers greatly out way the negatives. I highly recommend staying here for short trips 1-3 days. For longer trips, staying in Old Delhi may be tiring. "
