We stayed there for a night. Overall its good but one little thing could have been better. We provided all our dietary requirements before checked in as my daughter has nut allergy. But morning room service when checked turned out all the cookies had nuts in it. Luckily we rang them before eating and they confirmed. Should have been taken care off before sending it our room when they have got our dietary requirements already.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was amazing. There is no airport shuttle but the hotel will provide a taxi for a reasonable charge. The breakfast buffet was extensive and high quality.

I had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. The check-in process was smooth, and the entire team was always ready to assist with a smile. The rooms are spacious, modern, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The bed and amenities made it easy to relax after a long day of travel. The hotel's location in Aerocity is excellent, just a few minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The breakfast and dinner buffets offered an outstanding variety of cuisines, all prepared to a very high standard. The quality, freshness, and presentation were exceptional, and the hospitality of the restaurant staff made every meal even more enjoyable. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would highly recommend JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity to anyone looking for luxury, comfort, outstanding dining, and exceptional service. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to New Delhi.

Excellent stay at JW Marriott New Delhi Aerocity. The location near the airport is very convenient, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the breakfast was outstanding. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality, Staff member specially Aamir was very friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend.

The in-Room dining team gave cutlery for 1 person, despite 2 people staying in the room as well as us explicitly asking for cutlery for 2 while placing the Dinner order. I wanted to self-park my car, but I was told by the staff at the porch, that it would be inconvenient for me, since I would have to go down a couple of floors for self parking and that too a female isn’t allowed in the parking.
