"This is a good airport hotel if you are having a day on the front or back end of your travel through Delhi. The description on the Expedia website about an airport shuttle is misleading - it’s NOT free - the hotel will charge you for this service. The WiFi was challenging - we had to have a technician come to our room to get 4 devices logged in. Easy to walk from the hotel to restaurants in the Worldmark Centre. "

"Not our first stay here, but probably my longest. We trust Shangri-La Eros and will continue to book this hotel based on the amazing food, service and rooms. But...one night, there was a late party being held in the hotel with a DJ and extremely loud music, which we could hear in our room on the 16th floor. I had to go downstairs to reception to complain. They apologised and said that they would request the DJ to lower the volume, but that it was going to continue till 2am. (Thankfully, it ended early). He said that there had been other complaints from residents. I found out later that other people on different floors had also complained. He did offer us a free buffet lunch in the hotel as compensation. My advice would be to stay in a room AWAY from any potential noise from downstairs i.e. not facing the street/main road. We will definitely be requesting a room next time, facing the other side."
