"At this property, the staff treated you like you were royalty. They were so kind and so wonderful from the man cleaning my room to the front desk to the servers. The room was clean. The pool was nice. The food was excellent. The massage treatments were fantastic. All in all we think this is an excellent properly. We would highly recommend it if you’re coming to Delhi and want to be treated well and staying a nice place with fantastic amenities."

"Property rated 5 star but its not even 3 star property. They are saying non smoking rooms but there are smoking smells in the bedrooms and we found empty cigarette pack in the drawer. One of bed's comforter and bedsheet was dirty. Kitchen counter kickplate was broken and dirt was visible. We requested extra rolling bed at time of booking but they denied and asked money. Spa room has dirty smells, not good for health. Swimming pool has no warm water. This property required lots of renovation and...

I had amazing correspondence before my arrival with the manage Munna who helped organise a clothes delivery to the hotel for my arrival and made me feel welcome before I even got there! When checking in, I was greeted by all the staff in a very warm welcoming and friendly manner. "The property is good, the pool is well kept, rest everything is underwhelming right from housekeeping to food, it's a regular airport hotel catering mostly to cabin crews hence one should not treat it as a typical staycation hotel. The washroom was straight out of an aeroplane, cramped and made of plastic like material. I will not recommend it to anyone who is looking for a short staycation with their families as the choice of food and buffet breakfast was also limited. "
