It was nice to have the kitchen for coffee and tea in the mornings. The lobby and staff were friendly and helpful.

Wow! what a beautiful hotel. Everything about our stay was fabulous. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was so soft and cozy. Washrooms were large with spacious shower. Staff were courteous and helpful. Outdoor patio was a favorite for dining, desserts and drinks. We had a delicious breakfast in the dining room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The apart-hotel rooms were very clean. It was a bit awkward getting to our unit. We took an elevator up and then had to walk down a half-flight of steps. The AC unit was only in the living room but if doors were left open it cooled the 2 bedrooms. The parking was included and we found good parking eventually, but it was fairly confusing. The guys at the front desk were very nice. Washing machine was brand new and there were a couple of detergent pods to do laundry.

Our first time staying at Le Mount Stephen was great overall, with one exception: The windows in the room were much smaller than the photos on Expedia and felt like a prison cell! The only rooms with bigger windows were the penthouse, which cost twice as much. The bed was comfortable, heated toilet and shower were great and staff was superb. The manager offered us free breakfast as a peace offering for the disappointment with the terrible view.

The hotel was super nice and centrally located. The room was great. The restaurant breakfast was delicious! We’d love to come back again!

Only problem was that the beds were too soft. Not good for people with back problems … like me.

Great location. Great staff. All round easy. Metro very close. Walkable area to the river.
