Parking is in the property beneath the Hotel and is privately operated. Parking is a little pricy but very convenient. The Hotel staff will help with the information. The Hotel is excellent well worth the price and great location.

Staff, both receptionist and cleaning staff, were friendly and helpful. I understand the challenges of replacing older elevator parts, but it’s extra challenging when both the office elevator and one of the hotel guest elevators are both out. That reflects a lack of planning.

It’s rare to find a hotel that consistently hits every mark, but they truly went above and beyond to make the occasion special.

Great place to stay in Vancouver. We had two kids, one with special needs, and the staff looked after us well. Close to all the amenities of Vancouver. IGA next store for groceries, Hotel has a great little store too.
