I really enjoyed my stay here.. met all my expectations. Wasn't until the last couple days I ordered food to back to my room at the food truck by the pool and was left highly disappointed... if I ate near the pool and not packaged to go the food portions were appropriate.. otherwise i felt completely ripped off. Don't want to punish the resort for a couple few bad actors that seem to have a chip on their shoulder. Ordered food on 6/2 @ 11:30am.

Everything was great and everyone was super nice and friendly. Beautiful property and the pool and food were great as well. The view of the ocean was spectacular.

I love the Royal Kona and have stayed there many times since 2018. It is an older resort, but the pool, the lagoon, and Don the Beachcomber restaurant are wonderful, as are the members of the staff.
