Great location! Great view of the luau evenings from the balcony. Rudy, the bellhop, was very kind, friendly, and super helpful. Maintenance staff was prompt to replace the malfunctioning mini-fridge. We wish the room had a microwave to reheat things. Also, parking should be included especially since resort fees are added to the bill.

The hotel is excellent and the staff service excellent , room clean ,Great place to enjoy swimming in the ocean , the restaurant have good food for everyone.

This was a beautiful oceanfront condo. Sitting on the lanai was very relaxing looking out to the ocean and the palm trees. The room was very spacious and had all the amenities needed for our stay of 1 week.

The bed was way too old…I flipped the mattress…didn’t really help…the guys at the big slide was on his phone 90%of the time, my 6 year old had to literally interrupt him to see if it was ok for her to go down the slide. 👎👎 The Luau was amazing! My kid loved it, only way I could afford it as a single Parent was doing the time share tour, didn’t realize I was going into a pond full of sharks..worth my 2 1/2 hours I think. Saved me $300. Glad I was able to say no…when I was told “no pressure”…😜day care would be nice…

Stunningly well designed and maintained. Super relaxing. Extraordinary helpful and kind staff. Ridiculously good food. For us it was truly worth the marginal extra cost. When we went, it wasn't *that* much more expensive than the other properties but is by far the nicest. Nice snorkeling right off their beach which is one of the only sand beaches around. A large family pool and a very nice adult pool. Excellent rooms. Just beautiful.

This is an exceptional property, large, expansive and beautifully integrated into the landscape. The staff is exceptional and will impress you from the moment of your arrival. The rooms are nicely decorated in an authentic, local character. We only dined at one restaurant, ULU, and it was excellent. This experience was first class all the way.
