Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is fantastically located with a gorgeous beach and amazing history. Enjoyed the Mai Tai Bar and Duke’s Waikīkī.

Room was clean and we had a suite which was very nice. the main restaurant canoe house was great as well as the Mediterranean one. The pool restaurant /shack has chicken fingers which weee too hard.
I’d skip the luau. We paid $700 for 3 of us and it was at th parking garage at the back of the property not he beach as I thought initially whe the friend we were traveling with suggested it. Note to self to research myself.
The beach was overcrowded due to it being spring break and we couldn’t get chairs if we went in the afternoon because people would leave their things in the chairs. The staff said there was a wait list and at one point we had to wait uber half an hour to get chairs even though some looked unoccupied.
Kids club was great and educational activities. Because my daughter is younger than 5 I stayed with her.
Overall a good experience but they should try to make sure paying guests aren’t waiting for beach and pool chairs during peak season.

Very beautiful property overall and great location! The one bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 4 with two teens. Really loved the restroom in our suite. Huge and had some nice upgrades like motion censored lights when you entered. The outside walking path was wonderful along the coast, and we took advantage of that. Staff was extremely helpful and I left a ballcap one day at the beach and one of the beach staff members kept it safe for me. Our 16 year old also lost her AirPod case which thankfully was personalized and the hotel found that for us as well. The free shuttle service to other nearby resorts and dinner spots was great. The staff at Pilina was terrific. The Pizza in the market was a hit and our teens enjoyed it multiple times. The server at Ko was great and high energy and helped customize our meal choices. Some areas for improvement- the hotel did not offer any fresh green juices. We like to have those in the morning at breakfast and there wasn’t any on the entire premises. Also, the cabanas were all in loud areas around the main pools with kids screaming in the pool and throwing balls that were hitting our chairs. We reserved 4 days of cabanas and finally cancelled day 4 because they just weren’t relaxing in the locations they were placed in. We have a 16 and 17 year old and when we booked the 4 cabanas we asked to book them at the adult pool but were told no since our kids aren’t 18. Terrible. Our kids are quiet so this was a miss. Great trip otherwise!

My second stay there. Excellent location. Excellent room and amenities. Restaurant on premises is excellent. balcony view is fabulous. Lots of activities and wonderful pool and chairs and cabanas. If another hotel was cheaper I would not stay there and expensive hotels in that area do not measure up to everything this hotel has to offer. Great for singles, families and an older crowd as well. The beach is directly across the street. It’s at the end of the long strip of hotels and is quiet and has little traffic noise. Ten stars.

Breakfast was good staff great do add this to your room. Hot tub went down. everything is locked and must use your key card which keeps unwanted from hanging around. Close to the beach. be prepared for sirens if you don't live in a big city. Not hotel fault. they were doing repairs which they have to do, and hotel accompanied so rooms were not near it another word upgraded. Food was good the lulu food didn't like except the prime rib. Performance was good staff good. I would stay there again. Very clean hotel no smells the beds were comfy
