Overall, the stay was pleasant. However, given the reputation of the Westin brand, I expected a smoother experience. One of our rooms was not made available until 6:00 PM, and there was little effort to compensate for the inconvenience or make us feel valued as guests. While the property itself was enjoyable, the service and operational issues resulted in an experience that fell short of expectations.

It was clean, spacious and quiet. Can’t complain.

The staff arranged a cake and decorations for my parents 50th wedding anniversary staycation. It was really nice of them to go out of the way. It really made it special . Thank you!

Excellent location. Very nice hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet offers local and international options.
