A little old decoration. It needs renovation. The lights in the room were very dim. Breakfast was not great.

I loved the hotel. The room was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive. We experienced a few issues both before and during our stay, but they handled everything quickly and resolved them in the best possible way, which made us forget about them. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it.

We stayed here for four nights and it was absolutely heaven. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Talia at the front desk and Marina at the restaurant. Our room was so comfortable, the generous credit at the restaurant was great, and we loved being in the middle of things while still having a quiet oasis to come home to every night and relax. Can’t recommend this place enough for a romantic, peaceful stay in a beautiful spot.

The hotel’s location was perfect for a short stay like hours. Our suite was beyond gorgeous and the staff was exceptional. Breakfast was the only meal we had but it was also excellent so I recommend this hotel to any exigent traveler looking for perfect service and a very comfortable stay

Everything was amazing! The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. Anything we needed, they would handle it right away! The breakfast was really good. One of the employees Santiago was very informative and helpful when we first arrived. We arrived early before check in but he kept us updated when the rooms were going to be ready and helped taking our bags to our rooms. I do wish they had a laundry room. We were infront of the wedding venue and it was perfect because we were traveling with our toddler and it’s just crossing the street. This is going to be my preferred hotel when I go to Cartagena!

The hotel is in a prime location with great views. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were extremely friendly and willing to help with any questions. The hotel was well maintained and clean in lobby/eating areas along with the room itself. Would recommend a stay here for anyone.

Beautiful hotel although front rooms could be extremely noisy from the street action. Front desk staff was extremely slow on providing me my invoice, 2 hours of calling requesting it and I still have not received. I expected more from Four Seasons regarding pool bar staff. Rest of our stay was wonderful. Hotel Manager handled my issues with professionalism.
