Nice location, great staff and good property

The Eurostars Hotel was a lovely place for us to stay during our short weekend trip to Venice. The location was great and tucked away from all the crowds, but just a short walk away from anything we wanted to do. I absolutely loved Venice, and half of that came from where we stayed, so I definitely plan to be back. The room was clean, the property was very nice, and the staff was so kind.

Our experience can only be translated in one multilingual word WOW This have been my 3 rd visit to Venezia myself and i have not experienced this type of service , quality and wow factor . The establishment , its history and location was only the beginning of our Wow factor. I can honestly say the entire staff brought it to a level that i never saw before and can only dream to receive in the future again . The palazzo dei fiori was very roomy, clean, and the communication was very good. Good mattresses allowed us to sleep well. Close to tons of restaurants, shopping, and excursions. The room was stocked with refreshments, fresh fruit, snacks, and coffee. We could hear musicians practicing classical music and opera singers singing in the distance. At first I was not certain, but the following evening, we found out that the palazzo de Musica opera was next door where we were delighted by the operatic story of la traviata and a glass of champagne. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

We felt welcomed as soon as we arrived when we were given a glass of water whilst the staff got us checked us in and took our cases to our room and they also gave us a tour of all the amenities. Our room was kept tidy and clean during our stay with them even going into our room of an evening. Excellent pool and pool bar area. Easy enough to get a 15 minute water taxi to Venice Centre and it is also a close walk to Lido's beach. We asked reception about the water taxis, beach and airport journey and they give us easy to follow advice. We would definitely recommend this hotel and area. We preferred staying a 15 minute water taxi journey away from the tourist part of Venice. Even better that we saw a dolphin from the water taxi!

Had a lovely time, helpful and friendly staff, and they gave me an upgrade! Close to the station so convenient if you're travelling by train.
