"We had stay one night on our way to catch flight to Poland. The frond desk arranged the Taxi to pick us up the night before. Since our flight is around 11:00am, we should be pickup by 9:00am the latest. However, by 9:15, still no car, and we were informed there is no car this morning to pick us that morning. They are very sorry about that. It leave us in the tough situation, only less than 2 hours left, we had to find Uber or anything to get us to the airport."

"Great place to stay if you want to tour Venice without actually staying in the Lagoon. This hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. It's a really short walk to the train station (€1.50 to catch it) and was reasonably priced. There is a parking garage just down the street which was discounted for hotel guests. The buffet breakfast was average, and the train was a bit loud, but overall a nice place to stay."

"Tres bien situé, personnel courtois, propreté des lieux et les déjeuners tres bien. Toutefois, le couvre feu n'est pas respecté de tous. Entre 23h et 6h , il y a du bruit sur les étages. Si vous êtes dans un dortoir, surtout pour les femmes, il y a des voyageuses qui ont aucun respect des règles : prennent leur douche à minuit le soir, utilise le séchoir à 1h du matin, ouvre les lumières du dortoir à 5h du matin. Le staff de l'auberge devrsit mettre des affiches dans les chambres et au comptoir de réception pour afficher les règles du couvre feu."

"Our stay at Villa Barbarich was exceptional from beginning to end. The beauty and peacefulness of the property made it feel like we had discovered a very special place. From the moment we arrived, we felt less like hotel guests and more like we were staying with friends. The breakfast each morning was truly exceptional, with a wonderful selection and great attention to detail. Loved the black croissant, with tomatoes, mozzarella and lettuce. The front desk staff were amazing—friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. Their personal service made such a difference. We also greatly appreciated the daily transportation into Venice. It made exploring Venice so convenient while allowing us to return each day to the peaceful beauty of Villa Barbarich. And the evening dinner was simply amazing. The food, atmosphere, and setting made it a memorable part of our stay. Villa Barbarich gave us everything we could have hoped for: beautiful surroundings, wonderful food, exceptional service, and a genuine feeling of being among friends. It truly felt like home, and we would love to return."

"Nice rooms. Located very close to the Trian station and why I booked this location. However, the location of the hotel is in a run down area of the city. Lots of homeless. Dirty streets. Didn't feel too safe at night walking around. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby that was fantastic. I would book the location again due to the location right across from the train station. We took that to Venice island and to Florence. Parking is a block away and wasn't really guarded. Be careful walking from that location at night."
