Signs for hotel were removed for replacement by new owner. Coukdnt locate hotel in three drive bys. Had to call desk. Limited parking. No bar or grill available during changeover. Lots of dining outside hotel. Excercise room appeared larger in photos.

More decorative features than useable features. The TV looks good but not useable, because the you can’t watch it due to low definition quality. There’s a huge comfortable bed in the middle, but there’s nowhere you can hang your clothing, and there’s no table or counter areas you can put your items. There’re two pajamas hanging there we never need but taking spaces. There’s only one chair but a wobbling one… One good thing is that they have a Benz suv to pick up you from airport.

Windows need too be double pained or better sealed to mitigate late night from street.

My family of 5 stayed at the Sutton Place Hotel La Grande Residence suite in late July-Aug. we might be spoiled forever. The suite is spacious, like the size and layout of a 1BR apartment. We loved having a dining table w 4 chairs to eat, sit and relax. In addition, the sofa and chair ensure that everyone always has a seat. The kitchen with sizable fridge+freezer, and the microwave/oven lets us store, and reheat food. There’s even a stove with pots and pans, spatula if you want to cook. It’s a full kitchen with a large counter. There are multiple closets with ample storage space. The gym is a little bigger and with more equipment than most hotel gyms. The indoor pool is great you don’t have to worry about weather or sun screen. The hotel location is perfect for exploring Vancouver. It’s around the corner from Robson and 8 minute walk to train station. It’s walking distance to numerous touristy areas, and sites. We didn’t use a car the entire time. We look forward to staying here again in our next Vancouver visit. Thank you staff for the wonderful experience.

Staff was amazing, attentive and such quick response!

Rooms were not bad but we were in tower 2 and it was right beside the shy train so we did hear the train. Although the room was nice the hallways (carpeting was very stained and dirty) needed some care and attention. There is a bit of variety of food at the casino area. Front desk person in tower 2 can use some listening skills. Not professional in my opinion. But all in all it wasn’t bad
