"Staff was helpful and check-in was quick. The room was clean. The restaurant across the street was good - the nachos were amazing. Shuttle driver was very helpful and drove us to a closer train stop to get to the cruise ship easier. Rooms were good, service was excellent."

"There are 2 things that I really appreciated. #1 there is no carpet. It’s wonderful to have bare floor and not worry about how clean the carpet is. Thanks. #2 There was a shower and no bathtub. More places need to offer shower only for those of us who don’t like baths and don’t want to climb in. I also liked the clean line of blind vs drapes. This place felt very renewed and very well done. Although we came very late the reception staff person was very welcoming and helpful, really appreciated when we were so tired."

"I had a pleasant check-in experience, and the hotel itself is very nice overall. However, it did feel like there was a strong push to pay for early check-in, otherwise rooms weren't readily available. The shuttle service was a mixed experience. One driver came across as quite unfriendly and seemed unhappy, which made for an unpleasant ride. On the other hand, another driver, who wore a turban, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. The difference in customer service between the two was remarkable. Overall, it's a great place to stay, but more consistent customer service from the shuttle staff would make the experience even better."

"The room in this hotel is spacious and super clean. Bed is very comfy.. The staff are all kind , friendly and helpful. There is. an extra large tub, as well as a shower in the room. ,, I had been traveling a lot and that tub was just what I needed to relax and get a super good sleep. Also the pricing was reasonable .(which is helpful these days ! ) ,"

"Wonderful staff, considerate and helpful. 10 min walk to night market. Nice indoor heated pool with a good size water slide. Only con is depending on what side of the hotel your room is, you may hear the planes flying by and/or the metros going by."

"This property is clean, conveniently located, pleasant staff and serves a choice for breakfast. There are two buildings and we were in the older building. It is dated but well equipped and more than adequate for our needs. This building has stairs to reach the second floor - the newer has an elevator so if you have mobility issues be sure to request the newer building. Other than that - staff were accommodating and pleasant. I would stay there again without hesitation."
