"An excellent hotel located close to Vancouver airport. The rooms have all modern amenities and are decorated and maintained to the highest standard. The staff are very helpful. The complimentary airport shuttle was the icing on the cake. We really enjoyed ourselves and had the best night sleep of all hotels we stayed at whilst travelling around British Columbia. Highly recommended."

"The hotel in general was clean and staff was great. Shuttle service was great The negatives. Very thin sheet and very very thin blanket. Was so cold all night. Pillows also flat and small. Coffee machine did not work nor did the plug in beside the beds. Lucky i had my own power banks to charge my phone Bathroom was very clean with good supply of products "

"Water was leaking out from behind the kitchen sink, all over the counter and on all of our stuff. (We didn’t notice this until 6am the next morning. Heat was also not working in the bed area, we had a baby with us and he was cold so we had to move him into the kitchen area to sleep. Hotel manager only offered us a lunch as compensation. Constant noise from the room above like someone was jumping around at all hours. Manager said he couldn’t refund us due to the fact that we paid on a 3rd party website. Probably won’t be coming back. For the price we paid, we could’ve went to a way better hotel."

"Lovely room and a great lobby bar… I had a great glass of Pinot Noir. Sadly fire alarms at 1 AM in the morning we’re not fun, but I’ll definitely stay again."

"We only stayed one night as it was close to the airport, but the staff was friendly, the room was clean and there was lots of parking. Rooms could be a bit more soundproof but given it was just a night it worked!"

"Breakfast was excellent. But the bath tub is clogged and tub itself is dirty. I understand that they only do quick cleaning but this was not acceptable. Counter top was dirty that previous guest's k-cup still in the machine."
