"The staff at the RR were extremely supportive of myself and my child who has additional needs. The rooms were clean and mostly soundproof. I rolled up a sheet and put it at the bottom of the door to block the (infrequent) noise from the hallway. My child loves the waterslide in the pool and spent many hours playing there. The pool attendant was extremely patient with us when my child was having trouble getting out of the pool at closing time and allowed us an additional few minutes to make the transition easier. We have been coming here for about 5 years because of how much my child LOVES the RR pool. Since the addition of the Gordon Ramsay steakhouse it seems as though the rest of the building hasn’t received the cosmetic attention it needs. During this visit the rotating front door was out of order, the two fountains out front were out of order, and the moving sidewalk in the bridge was out of order. It made the resort seem run down unfortunately. But we still enjoyed our stay and will return in the future :)"

"Room was clean and hotel was mostly clean. I would not have expected a fork on a plate to be just outside the room door on check in but it was gone by the next day. I don’t understand how this happens considering the room should have been cleaned before we checked in so why not pick up the plate??Conveniently located to near by restaurants and food courts so the location was good. Hotel felt a little date and could used a nice up lift. During the stay the elevators was being worked on. So it was a bit inconvenient to wait for the one. There was a service elevator that was made available but broke the second day."

"For the price point it was a great hotel. Staff were very friendly, our room was clean, beds were comfortable. Liked the sitting area separate from sleeping area and the sink being outside if toilet/ bath area and lots of counter space by sink. Fresh coffee always in the go, on site laundry area. Great seating areas outside. Ample parking."
