"I had a pleasant check-in experience, and the hotel itself is very nice overall. However, it did feel like there was a strong push to pay for early check-in, otherwise rooms weren't readily available. The shuttle service was a mixed experience. One driver came across as quite unfriendly and seemed unhappy, which made for an unpleasant ride. On the other hand, another driver, who wore a turban, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. The difference in customer service between the two was remarkable. Overall, it's a great place to stay, but more consistent customer service from the shuttle staff would make the experience even better."

"The room in this hotel is spacious and super clean. Bed is very comfy.. The staff are all kind , friendly and helpful. There is. an extra large tub, as well as a shower in the room. ,, I had been traveling a lot and that tub was just what I needed to relax and get a super good sleep. Also the pricing was reasonable .(which is helpful these days ! ) ,"

"Wonderful staff, considerate and helpful. 10 min walk to night market. Nice indoor heated pool with a good size water slide. Only con is depending on what side of the hotel your room is, you may hear the planes flying by and/or the metros going by."

"This property is clean, conveniently located, pleasant staff and serves a choice for breakfast. There are two buildings and we were in the older building. It is dated but well equipped and more than adequate for our needs. This building has stairs to reach the second floor - the newer has an elevator so if you have mobility issues be sure to request the newer building. Other than that - staff were accommodating and pleasant. I would stay there again without hesitation."

The front desk team made check-in and check-out quick and hassle-free, providing excellent customer service throughout my stay. The hotel was very clean, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay."

"First of all it turns out that the hotel is on top of the check in lines for the airlines. You can see them from the hotel lobby. Luggage carts are right at the check in for the hotel. One elevator ride with your luggage to the carts, a second different elevator to check in and you are there. I thought the hotel was priced too high. I had prepaid $630 for one night. Since I had a very early flight, I just did it anyway. I don't know if the rates would be better if the big soccer matches were not in town though. Very nice room with panels for the lights (all lights, bathroom lights, etc) near the bed. Very comfortable bed. The coffee pot was quite complicated and it took me 10 minutes or so to set up and then another 5-10 in the AM to get it to run. Too early for a breakfast run."

"The hotel was nicer than I'd thought it was going to be. The bed was comfortable and the rooms clean. The hotel did show some age, but those were minor things like paint, etc. The staff was great and very helpful. I would stay there again."
