It was a great place to stay.

Really enjoyed this hotel! Great for family’s or groups. We had a family wedding and I forgot to bring a light up travel mirror for getting ready. But there was a big mirror in hallway we where all able to use. Very nice and roof top bar was a plus with such friendly bar tenders. We will be back!

The place was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The parking was valet, so I didn't have to worry about my van. The bed was clean and comfortable and the room was nice. It was less than a half mile from the cruise terminal.

Terrible communication with the staff who run check in, if it wasn’t for the cleaning lady we would’ve had to figure out everything by ourselves. nothing is explained or properly displayed when purchasing. on top of that anyone can book and there was a problem with another guest and his other person he brought with him late into the night . excessive loud banging and just overall a bad experience when people are supposed to be on vacation. WOULD LOVE A REFUND

The property was conveniently located on the edge of the French Quarter on Canal St. Walking to nearby places or taking public transit was a breeze. We appreciated being able to use codes to enter the main entrance and our suite without having to keep up with keys. The suite was immaculate and stocked with just about everything you may need for an extended stay or for those who prefer a full kitchen to prepare their own meals on occasion. Having complimentary access to multiple sets of washers and dryers was a pleasant bonus! If I had an issue it would be that were no USB or c ports anywhere in the suite. We brought our connectors and converters so we were good. And, the walls are a bit thin. Other than that, this place was wonderful, communication throughout our stay was great, and the staff were super nice helpful.

This is the 4th time I have been fortunate enough to stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. A unique and elegant look in one of the more quiet areas of New Orleans while still in walking distance to the French quarter. Every visit has felt like a luxurious treat. We will definitely return.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff were helpful and so nice. Perry was awesome! He was knowledgeable about the area and a good resource. The only bad part of our stay was that other guests would hang out in the courtyard and were very loud some nights. The hotel can’t control that, so I am not going to ding them for it! We will be coming back to New Orleans for sure 😊

Staff was wonderful. Pool nor ice machine were working in mid August. My only complaint.
