Excellent at the arriving door. Went to the desk and not well explaining everything. We didn’t know that all the drinks in the fridge are free so we didn’t touch it, No wardrobe in the room and was hard for 10 days our clothes still in our suitcases. Noisy next room during the night making loud noises. Shower was not working. Big light by the sofa was not working and we reported it. We did expect higher standards for the price we paid for ten days but felt letdown. We did asked to move to other room due to issues but was told we couldn’t and also asked to downgrade but still she said no. The good thing was clean and polite housekeeping staff. Porters on the lobby were all excellent staff. And most of the receptionist staff were very good except the other one (woman). Mall was so good and easy to access. The view from the balcony was pretty good except the smoggy atmosphere.

Overall, a good stay. We were upgraded to junior suite. The house keeping staff on the junior suite side were really good. We changed to deluxe room as we didn't like the design of junior suite. Breakfast was nice with good options.

A wonderful stay at COMO Metropolitan Singapore. We stayed in the Metropolitan Suite which was beautifully designed spacious and extremely comfortable. The service was excellent throughout from the warm welcome at reception to the attention to detail in the room. A refined and relaxing stay with a great sense of contemporary design. Would happily return.

Great location .. close to 2 or 3 MRT stations .. 1 literally round the corner… walking distance to China town … couple of stops to Marina Bay Area. Roof top bar / pool nice Room large and comfortable with everything needed Staff very friendly
