"Staff were amazing especially Jason. I had a very bad experience at Marina Bay Sands and moving to The Fullerton Bay was the best thing to happen and made Singapore magical again. Rooms were lovely and the hotel is in a great location. Restaurants were excellent too. Breakfast was fantastic and had amazing Peking Duck at their Chinese restaurant. this will be my only choice of hotel when I return to Singapore. "

"This hotel is very well located, right by Somerset MRT and on Orchard Road (shopping, eating). The infinity pool(s) were well maintained and gave a really nice view of the city. But be aware the hotel lobby is on the 10th floor, and guest rooms are accessed via a different lift. So guests will need to take two lifts to get to their rooms."
