We found Raffles to be an excellent choice for our few days in Singapore. It really is a grand hotel & the staff were extremely helpful & attentive. We wouldn't hesitate recommending this hotel. We stayed in a courtyard suite which was extremely comfortable with sitting area, bedroom with chairs & tv, dressing room & nice big bathroom with shower. Great location. Lovely pool. Clean apartments with all required items for a short stay. Could check out and use the facilities on our last day. 15 minute walk to Merlion and next to Maxwell hawker food centre. Would stay again.

Quiet and relaxing if you wanted and good attractions in the area for families and Kids.

Very nice relaxing experience. Great rooms with beautiful views (shame about the building works opposite thou, hopefully won't spoil the view from the pool side). Breakfast food fantastic with lots of options and choices. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Modern ,ultra clean,very helpful staff. Walking distance to Botanical Gardens and Orchard Road Transit Station. Very varied and plentiful breakfast choice

Amazing place to stay especially if you are a solo traveller like me. The hotel was very safe and in the centre of everything. Easy access to all the amazing malls if you enjoy shopping, amazing public transport on the train and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I could not fault them. Room cleaned every day, amazing air condition and the meals in the hotel was amazing but expensive. Plenty of places to eat outside the hotel and reasonable prices. First time in Singapore as a solo traveller...

Nice Location close to shopping areas and restaurants. Nice Clean Rooms. Shower area needs Conditioner along with Body wash and Shampoo. Good Breakfast options. Restaurant menu is a bit limited.

We have spent 4 nights at the hotel and it was fantastic. We were really happy with the location. Staff were great. Polite and very helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. Extra bed for our daughter arrived before we made it from the lift to our room. Rooms were very clean and decent in size. Gym and swimming pool were great and we all loved it. A beautiful resort with friendly staff. It is slightly out of the way, but taxis in Singapore are very inexpensive so that was not a problem. Overall, the staff have been well trained and go out of their way to assist you. The only slight problem is with room service who try hard to please, but have difficulty understanding English.
