"Was surprised that the room came with gym equipment, not sure if all rooms are equipped or not but it’s a nice touch for guests who do not wish to go down and share the hotel gym (I’m not sure if they have one) with others. Anyway we don’t use the gym so it’s a tad wasted on us. Room is big and we enjoyed the stay, there was a sofa set in the room as well so it’s convenient for us to put our shopping bags and stuff around. We liked the high tea at the hotel, beautiful ambience and the food was well presented and tasted great. It was an enjoyable staycation for us."

"Upon our entry, we were checked in by this young and energetic staff Faeez. Faeez had an exceptional customer service, willing to serve attitude and truly winning the guest heart upon entry. He beautifully handled us and made sure we got the rooms that we booked and desired for. During our stay, we enjoyed the beautiful buffet breakfast. Upon our check out, Liza had been exceptionally helpful. She allowed us extra time to check out and made sure we had enough time to gather ourselves before we checked out of our rooms. Beautifully maintained Hotel and kind and lovely staffs."
