It was an incredible experience. The staff were wonderful. The main pool was absolutely amazing!
The only thing worth mentioning is that the average age of the guests seemed to be around 40–60. So if you’re looking for a party resort, this probably isn’t the place for you. Instead, it’s more calm and relaxing. That said, there are different shows and DJs every night, which helps keep guests of all ages entertained.
The room service was amazing. They even came and cleaned the room twice a day.
The food was above average for an all-inclusive resort. We especially loved the French and Italian restaurants. The only downside was that breakfast and dinner became a bit repetitive after a few days.
The drinks were excellent. Just make sure to bring some dollar bills for tips, as the staff work very hard to make your stay enjoyable.
The only real drawback was that transportation was not provided if you booked through Expedia, and that part was a bit of a headache for us.

I'll be honest, I had HIGH hopes to really enjoy my stay, but I'll admit, it didn't meet my expectations. Although the resort is HUGE and nice, it just didn't do it for me and my husband. The trip was vaguely boring. The "party" pool was no party. I was disappointed to learn they only do the foam party on Saturdays. So what about the people who can only visit during the week?! The pool bar closed two hours before the pool closes, and the party pool is open during the hottest part of the day. The food was ok, and the mixed drinks were alright! They did serve top shelf liquor. Now that's a PLUS! Our room was very nice, a little outdated (the sofa, cabinets near the tv). The swimout pool made it AWESOME although the mosquitos refused to leave our room. That was irritating. OMG... The outside smelled HORRIBLE due to whatever the brown stuff washing up on shore is from the ocean (now that was beyond the resorts control). The beach is off limits. The staff were friendly. We never used the room service option. We did meet some nice people at the resort. The club was quiet and we didn't attend any of the shows. The occupancy appeared to be very low, so that could've played a part in the lack of fun and entertainment. Nothing grabbed my attention at the resort like the swimout room. Overall, it is a nice place to get away from the norm for relaxation purposes ONLY, but if you are looking for somewhere to have fun and an amazing time... I hate to say this... Keep searching!
