Best breakfast we have had at a hotel and enjoyed using the spa facilities. The grounds are beautiful, rooms updated, and bed was comfortable. 5 minute walk to the Centro. Very positive experience!

Great place, great views and helpful staff. Just be warned, Italian mountain roads are treacherous!

The hotel was excellent in every sense. As a 4* hotel it really did everything very well. From the staff at reception and attendants around the pool. The room was spacious and comfortable along with being very quiet. We only had breakfast and this was really good. The coffee bar was really good and the Italian coffees made properly and were really lovely. Location in Bardolino is perfect a really easy short walk to the centre of the town. Again the town is a really nice place to spend time wandering the street and shops with lots of great restaurants. On the day of leaving we had full use of the spa, showers and changing rooms with a locker. This was really helpful and a nice touch as we had late flights so were able to enjoy our day and get ready to leave. Overall it was a lovely experience and I would recommend a visit.

I can’t say enough about the concierge team! They were able to arrange transfers, boat excursion, taxi…anything we needed with just an email. It was all arranged prior to arrival and was perfect. The afternoon terrace lunches were delicious, especially the gin and tonic experience. And the housekeeping staff exceptional. We had a beautiful room, and I would 100% stay here again if we return to Lake Como
