The hotel is in a great location. Staff were nice to talk to and helpful as well. The toilet paper quality was terrible, it immediately disintegrated. A 4star hotel can afford better ones I guess!!
Also, they charge $3 for room service. What!?! I was so surprised

Beautiful experience, felt like a spa from the moment we arrived. Relaxed atmosphere surrounded by nature. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Thermal pool amenities are perfect to relax after a day’s activities. Restaurant feels like you’re in a garden, and lots of healthy options. Comfortable rooms and quiet at night. Definitely worth exploring this part of the island. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day!

The property is clean and gorgeous, the staff were incredibly friendly, and breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to suit everyone.
We did experience a few issues with our key cards as they implemented a new system but this didn’t take away from the overall experience. Hopefully the issue has been fixed soon enough for future guests
