Awesome place just wished they offered continental breakfast. The laundry room at building 5200 could use an upgrade, both dryers were acting up but the selection of pools is awesome, the restaurants were good as well

We had a wonderful stay here! Everyone was so nice and the property was very clean! The only thing I would change would be the water park should be included. We paid $150 for an hour of being there before it closed due to weather and it never reopened and it was sunny skies. We would have just skipped it if we would have known that. Other than that it was a perfect stay!

Everything was literally perfect. Just as the pictures advertised. Our kids lost it when they walked in and explored the house and found the themed rooms, the theater and the pool. Pool was amazing! We opted for heat which made the stay even better having a hot tub. White rose was very responsive to our needs and had quick response time. The resort amenities were clean, the staff was friends and helped us find parking when the pool lot was full. Lazy river was a blast for the kids. Plenty of seating by the pool. We just had a perfect week! The house had everything we needed plus more. Floaties, strollers, boogie boards, cooking needs and Tupperware. Beds were all very comfortable, and the layout of the house is very family oriented. There is a baby gate at the top of the stairs for youngsters. That was useful. Every room had tv and cable. And all 4 bathrooms were immaculate. I have no bad words. The property itself was peaceful but closer to the clubhouse so we could have definitely walked.

The hotel lobby and pool is beautiful. The room itself can use a few useful touch ups. For example, there is no full body mirror anywhere and that is unlikely in any other hotel I have ever stayed in. Also, the tv has only basic channels. There was no smart TV in sight that you can log into Netflix or Hulu so laying in bed watching tv was not something we were able to enjoy. Once you walk out of the lobby and enter the section where the rooms are, it was HOT. There was no AC right there. We were rushing to get inside of our room because of the heat. Even the little store has a portable AC unit for the guest that enter. Let's not even mention the $35 per day parking fee that was completely unnecessary. There is no gate, it's just a normal hotel parking lot and hotels.com doesn't even tell you about. We found out at check in, and when the hotel sent us a welcome message through the portal. At that time, it was too late to cancel without penalty. It was bait and switch.

We decided to celebrate my birthday here. The pool closed around 8pm and the hot tub was included in that. Our tv didn’t work because if their WiFi. Our electrical portals didn’t work. The toilet was broken. Breakfast was an orange and a mini donut hole. This was NOT the way I wanted to experience Orlando for my birthday. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were flat. If you have a chance to book elsewhere, DO IT! Only perk?! Comfortable bed View No resort fee. And maybe that’s how they get you. I’d rather pay a resort fee if that meant getting my money’s worth. Zero stars! Never again
