I loved the hospitality that the receptionist Ronald presented. We had an issue with our room and he was able to move us to another room and help facilitated us with all the things we needed to make our trip comfortable

Blimey, what a spot. Absolutely stellar stay. You’re right on the beachfront, which is ideal for pretending you're in a movie until a wave hits your ankles. The skyline views of downtown are a bit of a looker, too. Food was gorgeous, and the staff were absolute legends—sorted us out with zero fuss. Honestly, 10/10, would willingly risk the sunburn to stay here again.

Excellent location to spend your days during in Cartagena. From reception by Nathalie to breakfast service by Liz, we have no words to say how helpful and attentive they were. At nighttime we would be greeted by the desk clerk as well. During every hour of day the staff was very helpful and made you feel welcomed. Highly recommend it.

Our stay in Cartagena was absolutely amazing! The service was top tier from start to finish. Catalina at the front desk was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. She and the rest of the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Breakfast was phenomenal every morning, and the ambiance of the hotel was peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Housekeeping was excellent—they cleaned our room whenever we requested, and we appreciated the option to simply use the door button if we didn’t need service. They even offered twice-daily housekeeping, which was a great touch. The only minor issue was seeing a couple of small bugs, but that’s understandable with a boutique hotel that has an open-air rooftop pool. It didn’t take away from an otherwise wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a smaller, quieter boutique hotel away from large crowds. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great! Despite all the reviews, the food was AMAZING! The service great! The only thing i would make a note of was they have a bird named Coco and if she doesn’t like you, she’ll chase you! (First hand experience) but overall, 10/10 would recommend!!!

The location and view was spectacular. The grounds were well maintained, including the beach and the pools. We were on property during the World Cup which made it even more enjoyable.

Property is lovely, rooms are awesome, food is great and staff is superb. 3 comments that I wish would’ve been proactively disclaimed: - some rooms in colonial section have no windows whatsoever, such as mine. Had to request room change, and had to insist a bit to get it. - There are renovations taking place, which imply construction noise. - Upon receiving the final check, you will get a $70+/day gratuity added. No question, not optional. I wouldn’t have minded any of these, as long as they would’ve been transparently disclaimed prior to booking, to provide a more accurate depiction of what I’d be getting. For a top tier destination like this one, surprises like these shouldn’t be expected. Therefore, I share this in the intention that future travelers have all the information at hand for their decision process.
