The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The concierge helped us find a local restaurant that had excellent food at a reasonable price. They have a beautiful garden accessible from the second floor. I would highly recommend the hotel for a relaxing and peaceful stay.

I love the New Otani and the Executive Zen was even a step above. It was fabulous, the lounge and food was great and the staff catered to our every need. The room was terrific.
