Great stay, wish we had longer

The infrastructure is amazing indeed 😍, very clean and organized from the lobby through the restaurant to the rooms is do beautiful. Great staff, just need a little bit of more presence on the staff. But at the spa it didn’t go well at all. The service was rushed, lots of interruptions in the journey. Therapist not professional at all. Both my wife and i didn’t like it all at the Spa. I hope the hotel authorities are away of this negative touch point and working on it. Checkout at 10am we found it too early , I think that is the earliest checkout time we’ve come across. For the money we paid, we were expecting a more higher service than we received.

A very comfortable and clean place to enjoy for a weekend or an extended stay. The staff is very accommodating while being friendly and ready to assist. The restaurant has very tasty food to enjoy during your stay. The beach is also an added plus to the accommodation. I strongly recommend for travelers to consider this place for their next holiday.

We had an excellent experience at Sarova Stanley Hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the central location made it convenient for exploring Nairobi. Breakfast was a little pricey, but the food and selection were very good. A special thank you to Emily and Maxwell at the Clubhouse Happy Hour. They were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service. Their warm personalities and hospitality made our evenings especially enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful stay with great service, clean rooms, good food, and an excellent location. I would definitely recommend Sarova Stanley!
