Roo.s are well maintained with beds having 2 pillows each. Bathroom is a shower

My husband stated this was the best hotel he’s ever stayed it! Views are spectacular, breakfast every morning was amazing, bed was very comfortable, shower was great, and the storage was plentiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Only issue is it was hard to find the entrance on a Sunday evening since the hotel is just the top floor of an office building and the sign is very small. We called and the staff greeted us in the parking lot to help us. Great experience, would highly recommend!

I liked the layout of the hotel room, the bathroom, etc. At first it was not the usual traditional setup however it proved to be quite functional and convenient. My husband & I also loved the location. We recommend this hotel which is near to almost everything in Reykjavik.

This hotel is in an amazing location for walking many sights in Reykjavik The breakfast was excellent - choices for every diet. It was easy to find street parking close by..

Even though we were on the top floor in the diamond suites the room was extremely small and hard to have two adults and two small kids in. The fancy hot tub bath didn’t work, no bubbles. The room with the toilet was extremely small. Only stayed one night and we were woken up by a man working on the outside hot tub that also seemed to be busted at 7am! An unreasonable time to be banging on things right outside our window. The food was good at the attached restaurant and the place was charming overall. They could lay off the fake fragrance diffusers as they were all over the place and overpowering.
