(5 reviews) Unfortunately the name of the property was not Yoo by Wynwood. It is P. H. Yoo Panama & Arts Tower. This detail that was incorrect cost us time, money and stress at the beginning of our trip. We weren't able to get in touch with anyone at the property or at expedia and we ended up having to cross reference google photos to figure out the correct name and address of the location. This took us about an hour to do in a Country that we had never been to. We are very displeased with Expedia about this. We still have not been contacted by anyone. (1,001 reviews) Our room’s water heater was not working. We called and the technician came and said the water heater was not large enough. They hadn’t replace the water heater in our room. I don’t know why they put us in that room when the water heater wasn’t fully working. they said the rooms were sold out. The room was not vacuumed. They were peanuts on the carpet since we arrived. They were never picked up. We were in the hotel for six nights the gym. The carpet was super dusty and they were pieces of paper they weren’t picked up for days I complained about the gym that it’s not clean enough. They said it’s because it’s gonna be remodeled.
