(1,002 reviews) The food was incredible!!! Probably the best filet I’ve ever had. The desserts were even good which hasn’t happened in the last seven Dreams resorts we’ve been too. Unfortunately this was probably the most outdated one and with the exception of a few staff, the most unfriendly although they all said it was their pleasure to serve us. Severely understaffed. The property itself was gorgeous though and we loved the standards that come with all the Dreams resorts. There are hardly any all inclusive options in Panama though and I can’t say this was bad, just not up to par with our previous experiences. Staff isn't particularly friendly (they were not rude, but not friendly either). Per every other review--the "Casino" part of the hotel name is misleading, there is NO CASINO on the property, security has to unlock a gate for you to walk to the casino, so we did not go. The area is safe, but it just wasn't appealing to go through the hassle of getting there.
