North Cornish Coast Luxury Holidays

This is a nice hotel well situated for Fistral Beach and for access to the town. Our room had a great view of the sea. We enjoyed the breakfast service with the polite and attentive staff. The housekeeping was a little hard to come by - you need to request it which is fine but nobody told us! However the rooms were very clean. This is an old building which was not designed with AC and whilst we had a fan to keep noir room cool I think it could be inconsiderable in very hot weather. Check out at 11am seems a little early but there is a lounge you can stay in.

Both the hydro pool and outdoor pool were closed and the seaside restaurant also closed early so limited choice of evening food. We have been visiting for years but I find maintenance and upkeep of the hotel is not good - rooms disappointing and tatty. Breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent as always! We made a decision not to return.

The hotel was perfect, our room clean and kept nice over our stay. The breakfast was unbelievable, so much choice. All very tasty and fresh, so very pleasing to the eye and the stomach. The staff to include;Ty, Thomas, Amy, kwan and bartenders. And the breakfast greeters. My massage that I had with Amilie was out of this world so I booked another one, she was so pleasant and excellent at her job, the best ever. I worked for Marriott hotels for 25 years, I know good service when I see it. Thank you to all the staff and mgmt for making our stay fabulous. Steve & Lauri

Excellent parking Clean rooms,friendly staff Great use of the pool and towels are provided but would say it could do with daily clean of bugs and leaves We didnt eat in restaurant as last food orders were 7.30pm and it didnt make use of the bar as it lacked ambience and no one was ever around,however there is a local pub nearby

We thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, the room was spacious and clean with plenty of room for our family of four plus a large dog, opening out onto a small patio area and garden. The pool was small but welcoming and a treat for the children. The breakfast was outstanding and all staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable amd satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend.
