The staff is wonderful and very attentive. Breakfast was lovely and an experience. They opened only a month ago so some things were not functioning yet. As a family traveling with a 7 year old were surprised to learn upon arrival that the pool was only available from 8am-11am for our child, The concierge wasn’t very helpful or offered any insights for our stay in Porto. For a small-ish property you’d expect more personalized service.
