(490 reviews) So many things are great, and well, so much needs updating and improving. On a positive note, the suite with two rooms was accommodating to my family. The welcome Prosecco and fruit was appreciated. Location great and staff friendly. Unfortunately, the room was so dark, dreary and depressing. We had issues- toilet not flushing, shower not draining, and the bedding is disappointing. Brunch was nice, bar also disappointing. Some of the staff smelled like body odor and just over all not inviting. If this place was a three star hotel and the price indicated that, I would be ok, but it surely should not be a Leading Hotel of the World. (189 reviews) From the very efficient and effective check in, courteous customer service, and spotless room, our stay was great from the beginning. The place was spacious and modern. There was a big wrap around balcony (we had the two bedroom), and large kitchen. Even a washer and dryer. The only cons were the water pressure in the bathroom sink, and after a certain time, you cannot get more towels. House cleaning is "ask if you want", its not every day. For us we liked our privacy, so this worked for us. Another thing we loved was the quiet. The views were ok. Go ahead and book, you will not regret.
