As a resident we struggled to find anywhere to sit in the bar as the bar/lounge was full of people visiting to eat food. Kept up all night by dogs barking so didn't sleep well. We're told at reception that the room was up 2 flight of stairs but it would be worth it, Walking into room 12 our breath was taken away, it was definitely worth the climb.
