(425 reviews) Wonderful staff, rooms cleaned every 3 days,15 minute walk to Orchard Road, hourly shuttle bus to ION and Ngee Ann City shopping centre from 11AM to 8PM (life saver after a long day of walking and above MRT), free food bundle in the kitchen and free washing machine and dyers. The hotel itself is a bit tired but that did not bother us, marks on furniture, some tiles missing from the spa. This did not bother us in context of the above benefits. Would definitely stay there again. (482 reviews) Our first time staying here and we would be back. Room: Starting to show its age. Outlets are getting loose from others trying to stab their wrong sized plugs into it. TV is a little small for such a large room and the channels aren’t even in HD. Regardless the room was clean, bed was comfy and we enjoyed a good nights rest. Location: Lau Pa Sat a block away, it’s our favourite spot to eat in Singapore. Raffles Place MRT station and Downtown MRT station are close which allows easy access around the city. Staff: Super friendly and nice. We were hopping on a short cruise before our stay and asked the hotel if we can leave some luggage with them for a few days as we wouldn’t need them for the cruise and they said yes. No luggage storage fees either! We look forward to staying again.
