Wow! What a fabulous stay! The resort is huge and self contained metropolis! First and foremost I want to give a huge shout out to Norielis who was our personal Butler service she was amazing!!! We had a swim up suite which was Fabulous! Everything but Everything! Was amazing! Food gardens restaurants entertainment! If I could leave a 7 star review I certainly would! Absolutely fabulous!!!! ♥️♥️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Staff treats you great at the resort rooms were good just a little outdated and for me the bathroom has a weird smell. The food could have been better some days with some meats being overcooked but overall was a great resort.

The Majestic Elegance is a great resort for its price point. One of the things we liked most was how spacious the common areas were. The theater, plaza, and lobby all have ample seating so you are never fighting for a spot. The beach was also very nice. We really enjoyed the night time entertainment. The shows were good and the after parties in the plaza were fun. The nightclub was good, but is very loud (yes I am old). The staff was great, very courteous and helpful. Now for some of the complaints. The food was okay. The buffet food was run of the mill and nothing really to write home about. We only ate at one sit down restaurant, the seafood restaurant, and that food was really good, but portions were small. We had a swim out room close to the lobby and discovered that the pool outside the room is separated by a waterfall from the main pool so you do have to get out then back in if swimming to the main pool from your room. We were on the family side I can't speak for the adults only (The Club) side. The entertainment during the day at the pool was so so. They had a foam party one day, but the other days it was very short non-exciting events like spinning a wheel. The solicitors at the beach are non-stop, like every 5-10 minutes you are being bugged. The casino is small and has a bunch of machines and only a few table games. I am not really a gambler, but for those who are, don't expect Vegas. The hours posted for the buffet by the beach didn't match its actual open hours.
