I highly recommend buying the all inclusive package because if you don’t , you will most definitely spend a lot more than you would plan on. Bring plenty of cash to tip. (5,390 reviews) The layout of our family room was perfect for my brother and I. The staff kept everything spotless, fresh towels, soaps, etc. The only thing, our hairdryer didn't work and although alerted to front desk, no one came to repair. The buffet food was pretty good, bit the restaurants food was lacking, mediocre and not on par with the caliber of service in the restaurant. The outdoor spaces, pools, beach were all super clean as were the public bathrooms. We didn't take in any entertainment as it was offered too late in the evening. Overall, a good experience and would stay again if visiting Punta Cana.
