Absolutely wonderful and flawless experience. Great staff, dedicated service, plenty of options for great food and drinks and an overall super positive vibe . If you're going, make sure to check the Spa options Room was all you could ask for, BTW. Definitely going again! Cheers

Wonderful hotel to enjoy and relax. We stayed at the club area and our butler Edith was awesome! Very kind, helpful and made sure our stay was pleasant and it was!

Extremely disappointing experience. Poor management and terrible communication, especially at the front desk. Management struggled to communicate in English and was unable to properly resolve basic guest concerns. For a resort that markets itself to international travelers, this level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this resort to American or other English-speaking travelers. Definitely not worth the money.

Excelente servicio Quiero destacar especialmente el excelente trabajo de los mayordomos de las habitaciones Manuel y Cindy . Durante mi estadía fueron muy atentos, amables y profesionales. Siempre estuvieron pendientes de que todo estuviera limpio, organizado y de que no nos faltara nada. Su trato fue excepcional y realmente hicieron que nuestra estadía fuera mucho más agradable y especial. ¡Muchas gracias por su dedicación y excelente servicio! Sin duda, son un gran ejemplo de lo que significa brindar una atención de primera. Igual hubo otro mayordomo durante dos días pero no recuerdo su nombre pero igual muchas gracias ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excelente servicio de los bartenders 🍹⭐️ Quiero reconocer el excelente servicio de los bartenders. Fueron muy amables, atentos y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a atendernos con una sonrisa. Hicieron que cada momento en el bar fuera muy agradable y divertido. Se nota cuando alguien disfruta lo que hace y brinda un servicio con tanta dedicación. ¡Muchas gracias por todas sus atenciones y por hacer nuestra estadía aún más especial! I would give this hotel ZERO stars if I could. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the service and treatment were extremely disappointing. We had an issue that should have been handled quickly, but instead we were left waiting for almost 4 HOURS, and after all that time, they STILL did not properly resolve the problem. What made it even worse was the management. The manager was not helpful at all and showed very little concern about what we were going through. Instead of trying to make guests feel welcome and find a solution, the attitude made us feel like they simply did not care whether people enjoyed their stay or ever came back. And unfortunately, the problems did not stop there. The food was disappointing, the customer service was terrible, and almost every part of our experience was below expectations. At some point, you seriously wonder whether they even want guests staying here. If this is how customers are treated, they might as well close the hotel instead of charging people for this kind of experience. Waiting four hours for a problem to be fixed, only for it to remain unresolved, is completely unacceptable for any hotel—especially when you are paying to relax and enjoy your vacation. I would NOT recommend this hotel based on my experience. Management seriously needs to improve the way they treat guests, the quality of the service, and the overall experience.

Everything was perfect, this was the relaxing atmosphere we wanted. The 3 resturants on site had great food. The location is perfect if you want natural views. No crowded hotel strips or beaches. Felt like we were all alone on the island. Dont expect a loud crowded party.
