(5,890 reviews) Absolutely enjoyed my stay but the food was not good. However that is seriously the only bad thing to say. We did Mirage club swim up suite and got placed on the side of the hotel so we had more privacy which was nice (not facing the pool). We did request a king bed and got 2 queens. I would suggest calling the resort before arriving to confim room location and bed. (2,490 reviews) The property was beautiful. Had issues with our room. Some of the staff were rude. Our mini bar wasnt stocked everyday. When we got ready to check out, I called for my bags to be picked up. The front desk said they were sending someone. I waited 45mins or more and decided to take the bags myself. When i got to the bellsman he said nobody ever told him. Honestly, this is the first resort that I've had so many issues with. Which is sad because it was a nice resort and they did have some staff members that really were good.
