The check in was very delayed. We were taken off the check in queue and made to wait for over an hour before we got our rooms. After that incident everything else was smooth.

Disappointing stay. They charged me $80 extra per night for a room with a bath. But the water pressure in the hotel was so weak that it took nearly 90 minutes to properly fill the tub with water. Very disappointing.

We had plenty of space in our 1 bedroom brown suite on the 21st floor and our housekeeper Ryan was fabulous! He kept our coffee supply filled up, the place very clean and we looked forward to his creative towel sculptures at the end of each day. Melissa also checked in with us a couple of times via WhatsApp to make sure everything was ok. The outside of the hotel is in need of a paint job, but the inside is pretty nice. We enjoyed the blast of cold air when coming in from the Singapore heat. Although the furniture was a bit dated, the room was clean, spacious, had a comfortable bed, a basic kitchen and a terrific cappuccino machine! In terms of location, we found the hotel is perfectly located within the city. We explored on foot, by bus and subway all over the city. We loved that we could walk to the Marina Sands mall and hotel as well as Gardens by the Bay, the Marina area and much more.

Absolutely gorgeous and unique. The location was fantastic as well. Rooms were quiet. Rooms were small with minimal storage for suitcases.
The pool area very scenic but no space to sunbathe considering how large the hotel is. The pool was so cold but very nice to look at.
The gym was the most disappointing because the mirrors along the back way give it the appearance that it is decent sized with plenty of equipment. That is not the case. Dumbbells only go to 22kg, pillows to 25kg. The 6am workout time was odd to navigate due to space limitations. We didn’t get the breakfast package, and I’m glad. Food was mediocre and very high priced for what you can find a few blocks away. We booked two rooms for 2 adults and 2 tweens. Glad we stayed there because of how unique it was but otherwise don’t need to next time in Singapore.

My stay at One Farrer was fabulous in every way. I truly love the character of this independent hotel. My room was clean, beautiful, and spacious, equipped with every amenity I could possibly need.
A highlight of my stay was having access to the Skyline Lounge. The staff there are exceptional—especially Mallik, who was wonderful. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious, and I appreciated the convenience of grabbing a light lunch in the lounge after a morning outing. The evening happy hour (5:30–8:00 PM) was equally impressive, providing a light dinner with excellent vegetarian options at every meal.
Finally, the pool facilities are amazing; I thoroughly enjoyed taking advantage of the hot tub and the cold plunge pool. I highly recommend this hotel!
