(1,000 reviews) Staff were overall fantastic and would say they were 10/10\. However for the price we paid, there were some things that weren’t that great. The rooms were pretty bare, and had scratches all over the walls and broken window blinds. And staff would generally be working right outside our window so it felt a bit intrusive at times. The rooms were also quite loud and the way the buildings are made cause of a lot of echo so you can hear every conversation going on. (314 reviews) What an amazing vacation we had. After 5 days most of the staff had become good friends. It was sad to say goodbye to them. The location is stunning too with 180 degree views of 2 beaches. Outside our room we had a monkey highway as each morning 10 monkeys would walk across the vines outside our room. The wildlife are real happy there as we saw sloths, friendly lizards and lots of monkeys. And last but not least, the food was amazing at both restaurants. We cant wait to return!
