Too salty 1st day, no water (purchase able) , only Lassi (watered down) and English tea/ coffee, no roti/ paratha, only bread and poori (پوری) Maintenance room service horrible (45 mins and 3 calls to get 2nd set of towels) . Day 2, call service was down for 20 hours. (2 rounds to reception, and a call to get iron delivered) Checkin is 3 pm. Room service doesn’t work, bedding is old and probably used 1000 times before you sleep on those sheets and use pillows. Breakfast areas management is worst as it’s hard to find seats and then find waiters. You don’t expect such things in a five star.
