Excellent hotel, first class experience. I availed their butler service to pack my suitcase and they were highly efficient and it was packed beautifully.
The breakfast was hugely enjoyable, partly buffet with fruit yogurts, pastries etc. They then offer an a la carte menu where you can order anything you like. It’s all fresh and cooked to order.
Pool and spa facilities are available between the Oberoi and the Trident- the neighbouring hotel.
Overall a fabulous experience and an oasis of calm from the chaos of Mumbai. I would definitely recommend it as a top hotel choice.

The pool area is magnificent and of course the staff everywhere is superb and helpful. The bar is beautiful. The restaurants are beautiful. The breakfast is magnificent could not have been more pleased with everything.

Room ok. Bathroom tired. AC good.
The breakfast was average.
The Irish bar was a disappointment as was immediately next to the restaurant and was a thoroughfare. Used plates being stacked on the bar so not at all inviting to have a relaxed drink.
Might consider returning if working again the area but only for convenience.
