The villa and property grounds were beautiful, the food was not good and at and the service wasn’t must better... slow service and even slower butler, which we paid for.. we saw him one time

Our stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana was wonderful! The staff is exceptional. Our Villa was as far away from the main hotel but this was not a problem. You can request a ride or walk it in minutes. The pools are clean and inviting. The beach was great and snorkeling was awesome. Would recommend some water shoes as the sand is coarse and can hurt your feet after a while. The food and drink options were really good. We would definitely go back!

The property was amazing! Loved the classic style and the gorgeous patio overlooking the water. The staff were outstanding. Had lots of fun with the whole entertainment team- shout out to Raziel, Galilea, and Andrei just to name a few!
The food was fantastic too! Really enjoyed the Queen show.
I would definitely return.
