Oh, we’re on the hotel was clean, but I have roaches in my room. I have photos. I have videos. I went during the Red Dress run. It was extremely busy. I made several complaints about roaches men in my room. No one followed up with me until the last day which I find extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate.

I can’t say enough about the Mayfair! It is truly such a gem! Our apartment was gorgeous! So clean, modern and spacious and in a great location! Jeannine at the front desk was incredible - so kind, helpful and very responsive! My family of four had an incredible stay!

Our experience at The Ritz-Carlton New Orleans was absolutely exceptional! Every staff member we encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service. The hospitality truly went above and beyond our expectations. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and impeccably maintained, and the room service was outstanding. The breakfast and other meals we enjoyed were excellent, with generous portions that were well worth the price. Overall, we had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and quality dining made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely return and highly recommend The Ritz-Carlton New Orleans to anyone looking for a first-class experience!
