The rooms here are so spacious and all updated. It was a four of us for a girl’s trip and it was perfect for our group. The only frustrations were the balcony door was locked and unable to open and everytime you have to get in the garage to park your car, you have to dial a number.

This was our second stay here. We were particularly impressed by the staff and customer service. It’s the kind we get in 5stars hotels overseas in the Middle East or SouthEast Asia. Impeccable. A special shout out to Pablo Criado for his warm and enthusiastic welcome and making sure that we had a great stay! I am now a fan and will only stay at Trump Chicago when in Chicago downtown.

I was very disappointed they were not ice machines on every floor.
I was on the third floor, but there were no ice machines.
So I was very that grateful that the FRONT DESK brought me ICE whenever I needed it needed it.
Why don’t you offer shower caps automatically in every room? Ugh!
