The rooms were not the best, at all. I really don’t know how this place was rated very good (probably for the pools). I had a leaking faucet that was never addressed, broken toilet roll holder. We had several shower towels that had multiple dark/brown stains on them. We stayed there for 7 days/8 nights and the rooms were not vacuumed at all. I question if they clean at all. Housekeeping didn’t stock the rooms with the proper amount of towels, toilet paper…etc. We made several calls regarding that issue. When we brought up the issue with the soiled towels, front staff said “It’s not my problem and that it’s a housekeeping issue”. Housekeeping was unreachable. We have two young girls and the last thing that I want is a poor quality room for them to stay in. What brings my rating to 3 is that the lobby was nice and the outside grounds with pools were nice as well as the bar. Beach was very accessible. Unfortunately I wouldn’t stay there again due to the poor quality of the rooms and services. This place seems more like a motel than a hotel . I do not recommend this place to stay. They did have a laundry room which was a plus.

Outside lobby and the stairs is kind of dirty. but the room is well maintained and clean. Overall, its a pretty good deal given that it’s only a few minutes walk to harbor walk village.
